On Saturday, April 20, the Boys and Girls Tennis teams traveled to Shelbyville for a pair of matches against Collins High School and Shelby County High School.
The boys’ team tallied a win over Collins in the morning match, taking two of three matches.
Juniors Keaton Connelly and Jordan Schagene won their doubles match 8 games to 0.
Keaton Connelly also won his singles match against his Collins opponent, 8-1.
In the afternoon match against Shelby County Connelly bested his opponent 8 games to 4.
On the girls side, the Lady Braves defeated Collins 3 matches to 2.
Junior Ella Lee won a singles victory over Collins, 8-0.
Sophomore Abrianna Caudill also won a singles match, 8-2.
Sophomores Katlin Muse and Kadence Spray won their doubles match against Collins, 8-5.
